My name is Jay Freedman and I am a 31 year old musician / artist, the Owner / Founder of Odessa Denial Arts & Media, the Building Manager of The Rehearsal Factory, Oshawa location and I also teach guitar and drums. As for my main music projects I play guitar, sing and write music in Odessa Denial (progressive metal / alternative metal) and I play drums in Social Cyanide (alternative). As for part time music projects I play guitar, sing and write music in 1000 Lbs Of Hate (industrial / electronica / experimental), I play guitar, sing and write music for my solo project (indie / alternative / shoegaze / solo acoustic / solo electric), I play drums in Grey Heart Showcase (alternative) and I play hand percussion in The Bill Naphan Ensemble (world fusion). I also consult, collaborate and play with other bands whenever possible including open jam stages. I have been playing drums since I was in grade 6 and I have been playing guitar, singing and playing live shows since 1994.
